Subscription is a convenient way to bring our wipes directly to your door, along with any other items you’d like to add.

You can alter the frequency of your delivery (1,2 or 3 months) to suit your needs. Please note that you will be creating your subscription when placing your first order so the delivery will be within a few days, but for any orders after this it will be at your choice, and you are able to adjust to suit.

There are no membership fees or scary contracts, you are only charged for products we ship to you. We also have a simple, cancellation policy.

It depends on what product you choose and if you wish to add any further items, to make the subscription work you would for example purchase 2 boxes of 12 x 64 Originals wipes with delivery 1/2/3 months apart, this costs £57.98, with the standard subscribe and save discount of 12.5% it’s £50.73 and includes free delivery. Obviously, you will decide when you wish to receive your goods and if you need to order any more or less frequently.

You don’t need subscribe and save to buy individual products. All AQW products are available to buy separately at full price. When you do sign up for our subscriptions and receive those automated regular deliveries, you will benefit form a 12.5% discount and free delivery on all your future deliveries. There is no membership fee, you’re only charged for products we ship to you. We also provide a simple, cancellation policy so it’s worth signing up, even if you just want to try our products.

Yes, you can put your subscription on hold at any time if you are going away, have a surplus of products or want to come back to us later. There is no time limit for how long your subscription can be put on hold, so it won’t get cancelled unless you specifically request this.

All you need to do is log into your account via our website and hit the Put subscription on hold button under the Subscriptions section. Remember that you’ll need to do this 48 hours before your next order is due to be delivered.

You can cancel your subscription at any time, but you may find it easier to just put it on hold if you are going away, have a surplus of products or want to come back to us later. There is no time limit for how long your subscription can be put on hold for, so it won’t get cancelled unless you request this.

If you want to make some changes to your subscriptions:

1. Log into My Account – select “My Subscriptions” from the menu.
2. In Actions(on relevant subscription) – select either “Cancel” or “Resubscribe” to cancel or reactivate your subscription.

If you want to update your product delivery requirements:

1. Log into My Account – select Address from the menu.
2. Select “Edit” next to either your Billing Address or Shipping Address
3. Make your wanted changes, then select “Save Address” at the bottom of the page
