What are my AQW delivery options?
Delivery – we offer a 24hr & 48hr tracked service.
Please note that delivery times can take longer than usual during peak periods or bank holidays like Christmas, due to the increased volume of deliveries during this time.
Please note that if you select the 24-hr service and place any order before midday Monday – Friday it will arrive the next day. Any orders placed from Friday afternoon – Sunday should arrive on Tuesday (If you have chosen a 24hr service) or Wednesday (If you have chosen a 48hr service).
Deliveries to residential addresses are made Monday – Saturday between 8am and 8pm.
If you provide your mobile or email address, the courier will alert you of the delivery, advising your delivery date.
You will receive a tracking number once your order has been despatched to enable you to track your delivery.
Our delivery service is not available to all UK postcodes, we do not deliver to Northern Ireland BT, Falkirk FK17-FK21, Outer Hebrides HS, Isle of Man IM, Inverness/ Highlands IV, Kilmarnock KA27-28, Kirkwall KW, Paisley PA20-PA80, Perth PH17-PH50, Isle of Wight PO30, Isle of Scilly TR21-TR25 and Shetland Islands ZE
How can I track my AQW order?
If you are not in when we deliver, the courier will leave you a calling card with all the options to deliver at a convenient time, otherwise they may leave your package with a neighbour or in a safe place and will leave a message to let you know.
What is the cost of an AQW delivery?
The cost of delivery will depend on your selection but all orders of £40+ are delivered free of charge.
Do I pay for AQW subscription deliveries?
All subscription deliveries to mainland UK are free of charge excluding postcodes where we do not offer a subscription service: (Northern Ireland BT, Falkirk FK17-FK21, Outer Hebrides HS, Isle of Man IM, Inverness/ Highlands IV, Kilmarnock KA27-28, Kirkwall KW, Paisley PA20-PA80, Perth PH17-PH50, Isle of Wight PO30, Isle of Scilly TR21-TR25 and Shetland Islands ZE.)
What is AQW returns policy?
If you need a refund or exchange of any product, please notify us within 14 days and return within 30 days of purchase, it must be returned in its original state, unused and in original packaging, then we will be happy to process.
We will replace any product that is faulty or not what it is described as. Proof of your purchase is needed. Once it is returned, received, and checked, we will replace.
If a product is received in a poor state, and as a result damaged, we reserve the right to deduct a reasonable value from the refundable amount.
Please note, any postage incurred by returning the item/s to us will not be refunded. All returned goods must be accompanied with your order number.
What should I do if I receive the Incorrect AQW item?
Please contact us via our Contact Us page by clicking on General Enquires and we will arrange for the incorrect item/s to be replaced at your earliest convenience. We will also arrange for the correct product/s to be delivered to you straight away.
